About Me

Hello! I am Minh, a Creighton University graduate in Business Intelligence & Analytics, now an AI Operations Analyst at Coach.Win, where I design and develop business solutions that leverage technology and AI to improve internal and external workflows, saving significant amounts of time. I like problems where a messy manual process can become something reliable and repeatable.

With a strong background in business analytics, I also enjoy drawing insights out of dashboards and raw data, and turning them into something executives can act on. I'm into research too, and I've kept it going on the side of my work.

I love learning about emerging technologies including blockchain, AI, and security & privacy. I am fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and always excited to connect with others while learning new things.

Outside of academia, I enjoy weightlifting, practicing mixed martial arts, traveling to new places, and experiencing different cultures.
